We are looking for
Customer Logistics Specialist
to join Suunto Supply Chain team in Finland!

You will be part of Suunto team within a fast-moving consumer wearables market. Suunto offers an interesting and versatile working environment globally. At first the contract is signed with Folka Henkilöstöpalvelut and is fixed-term, after which you?ll have the possibility to sign a full time contract with Suunto.

Main responsibilities:

• Order processing and related customer service for Suunto EMEA retail customers and partners.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders concerning order delivery, product availability, prices, product range and other related topics.
• Close co-operations with Suunto EMEA sales team and other Suunto teams.
• Coordination and organization of order fulfilment related development initiatives in the market.
• Daily management tasks
• Working language is English

To succeed, you should exhibit the following skills and qualifications:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Deep professional level customer service
• Capability to work independently in a dynamic business environment.
• A proactive and organized way of working.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

An exceptional candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Spanish, Italian, French or Polish languages.
