  • Knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance protocols.
  • Proficiency in the utilisation of Power Equipment and associated tools within the framework of safety protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possession of a Work Health & Safety Competency card for CPCCOHS1001A (White Card)
