SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Proficiency in building tools for Unreal Engine and experience with C++ programming.
  • Strong understanding of the art pipeline and optimization techniques.
  • Experience in creating VFX and technical art solutions.
  • Strong understanding of rendering techniques and optimization strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with artists to understand their requirements and translate them into efficient tools.
  • Collaborate with the engine team to define technical requirements and address rendering challenges.
  • Conduct spikes to develop solutions for rendering and technical issues with Unreal Engine 5.
  • Develop VFX and technical art solutions to enhance visual fidelity.
  • Write pipeline tools to streamline content integration and connect Unreal Engine 5 with the game core.
  • Dive into graphics optimization to enhance overall performance.
  • Provide ongoing assistance to the art team, offering technical support and guidance.
  • Expand and refine engine tools to improve workflow efficiency.
