Description:
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting the vision, strategy and objectives of the Total Rewards Compensation Community of Excellence. Support the implementation of Sanford Health’s framework for base salary, health insurance, retirement, incentives and compensation programs. Analyze and make recommendations as needed on new hire rates, re-organizations, specialized programs, etc. Responsible for inputs into total rewards program strategy, policy, design and operations reflecting needs of employee population and regulatory environment. Lead benchmarking and competitive intelligence activities for total rewards. In partnership with talent, develop practices and guidelines for competitive new hire offers.
Ensure regulatory and audit compliance regarding total rewards programs and policies. Provide technical input to total rewards communications. Manage robust market analysis regarding total rewards programs for the markets; analyze and report key findings. Perform mergers and acquisitions due diligence to ensure compliance and integration of total rewards programs. Assist with vendor relationship management and operations. Assist with responding to internal and external audit requirements. Support total rewards director in providing guidance and mentoring other total rewards analysts.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor s degree required.
Minimum three years experience in total rewards, healthcare administration or related field required.
