Reporting to: Senior Director, Total Rewards

Location: Denver, CO

Inspirato is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to join the People Operations team. This is a highly visible, employee facing role for a candidate that is a driven, enthusiastic, and very detail oriented. The analyst will provide full scale administration of the company’s equity compensation plans, such as restricted stock units, stock options, and the employee stock purchase plan. They will also support various payroll reporting and compliance efforts. They should demonstrate expertise, accuracy, partnership, and collaboration with stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Software Expertise – Advanced level experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Problem Solving – Ability to solve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully and efficiently; and work well in group problem solving situations
  • Communication Skills - Must be able to communicate effectively and in a concise manner, both verbally and written
  • Attention to Detail – Outstanding attention to detail and organization skills
  • Adaptability - Accommodate tight and ever-changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • Completion of Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 2
  • 3-5 years experience in Stock Administration for a publicly-traded company
  • Experience with outsourced stock administration platform – Shareworks experience preferred
  • Experience working with payroll software and controls
    Compensation – $80,000-$110,000 Base Salary
    We believe in building a compensation structure that reflects the comparable market pay rate for positions at companies similar in size, revenue generation and geographic location; in addition to individual factors including seniority, performance-based merit, education/training and experience related to scope of responsibilities.
    Bonus - This position is eligible for the company’s bonus program.

    FAM Benefits - This Position is eligible for the Employee Familiarization Travel Program following three (3) consecutive months of employment.
