Description:

Total Rewards Analyst will assist Total Rewards team with the administration and development of the company’s U.S. and Canadian total rewards programs to support our strategic priorities as an employer of choice. Varied, meaningful role provides implementation, communication, and maintenance support for benefits and compensation programs. Support and respond to inquiries from employees, location HR teams and vendors to answer, interpret and ensure regulatory compliance of benefit programs.

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for employees, location HR teams, vendors and internal departments on benefits and compensation programs.
  • Ensure eligibility and contribution integrations are pulling correct data and reconciling any kick outs from vendors, with urgency.
  • Coordinate on-site wellness and benefit events across the company.
  • Analyze and reconcile vendor data to Winland systems and work collaboratively to ensure health and wellness plan provisions are interpreted, implemented, and administered correctly.
  • Stay up to date on federal regulation changes that could impact total rewards: FLSA, DOL, IRS, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA.
  • Provide insight into new wellness initiatives, recommending a variety of options/resources that encourage active engagement in overall wellness: safety, health, financial and mental well-being, etc.
  • Analyze large data sets, identifying discrepancies, researching causes, and handling corrections.
  • Works closely with field, payroll, systems, and vendors to help identify opportunities for process improvement and identify and correct broken processes.
  • Create and update process documentation for all Total Rewards activities.
  • Submit and audit 401(k) and Canadian retirement programs.
  • Assist with FLSA reviews, ensure compliance for new positions, re-classifications, equity placements, pay practices, status determinations and incentive plan and create eligibility.
  • Prepare and submit salary survey data to survey houses and utilize salary survey data to create reports outlining market competitiveness of pay structures and variable incentive programs.
  • Other responsibilities and activities as assigned.

Experience/Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in a finance, benefits or compensation-related role
  • Experience with Workday and ADP preferred
  • Proven expertise in Excel
  • Ability and interest to learn new systems/techniques for process automation over manual interventions
  • Strong background in analytics and metrics
  • High attention to detail and proven ability for well-developed organizational skills
  • Ability to gather, synthesize and analyze data, draw conclusions, summarize recommendations and implement correction process while maintaining data integrity
  • Eager to learn, collaborate, and work in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to support the team on ad hoc asks
  • Proactive ability to identify issues and follow through, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with varied stakeholders
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or completed coursework preferred
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with benefits administration
  • Bachelor’s degree (four-year college or university) or equivalent combination of education and work experience
