Meaningful Work From Day One:
Manages Total Rewards for the Latin America Region ensuring local total rewards are delivered within the global framework to attract, engage, and retain talent. This role will develop, deliver, and communicate
total rewards programs that enable B-F to remain a competitive employer, be a great place to work, as well as develop and adhere to guidelines that promote fairness and compliance.

What You Can Expect:

  • Supports all Total Rewards (TR) needs and acts as the primary Subject Matter Expert for the Latin America Region (LAR) through alignment with established TR strategies and policies.
  • Serves as the lead total rewards influencer and educator for LAR. Meets frequently with HRBPs, managers, and employees to ensure understanding, listen to ideas and concerns, and maximize perceived value of programs.
  • Conducts analysis of pay competitiveness and pay equity across assigned areas using MarketPay, making sound recommendations as necessary.
  • Undertakes job evaluations using the Mercer IPE system as needed and recommends individual pay changes for all Business Leader, Leader, and Professional level roles.
  • Supports the development and integration of new and/or existing rewards programs, policies, and procedures to ensure that programs are market-competitive, internally equitable, and cost-effective.
  • As a member of the Emerging International Total Rewards team, contributes to reward strategy design to support the business and people strategies, including fleet design, health and wellness, and retirement programs.
  • Secures resources necessary to support the execution of total rewards projects. Acts as the primary point of contact for clients on projects and initial source of issue escalation.
  • Manages local fleet program with external vendor and ensures efficient processes between Total Rewards, HRBP, and employees.
  • Partners with sales leaders to review and improve the effectiveness of sales incentive programs

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Minimum of 7 years HR/Compensation/Benefits experience, supporting Latin American markets, with an extensive business acumen and local reward network.
  • Analytical problem solver with the ability to communicate with impact and manage change.
  • Experience in Human Resources and have a knack for making difficult things seem easy.
  • Ability to source and use the most reliable benchmark data to inform total rewards practices.
  • Superior ability to create financial models using Excel/sheets to assist with plan design.
  • Collaborative approach - connects work to others within the business and function to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing rewards environment.
  • Commitment to Brown-Forman’s Diversity & Inclusion efforts with a focus on how these can translate into meaningful Total Rewards programs.
  • Ability to travel 5%-10%
