Your Must Have’s:
- Min. bachelor’s degree (economics, business administration, maths, or HR management) or comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of remuneration structures and elements (salary, bonus, LTI, pension, benefits)
- Experience in working with works councils
- Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Business fluent German and good English skills
- Basic project management skills
- Organisational skills and able to prioritise under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of personal responsibility
Your To Do’s:
- Planning and implementation of the annual salary & bonus round incl. coordination with the extended leadership team, Payroll, Finance, People and the works councils
- Preparation of all necessary documents for the annual participation in compensation studies (WillisTowersWatson, Mercer)
- Management of small to medium sized TR projects, e.g. introduction of Advanced Compensation Workday, incl. negotiations with the works council, preparation of the global Annual Market Review, support of smaller QI projects that have an impact on the local market
- Day-to-day business e.g. ad-hoc salary & level assessments for transfers/hiring/promotions; processing of ETG cases, preparation of department analyses for managers
- Collaboration on people projects & support of Manager Total Rewards projects
- Participation in meetings (TR Europe Team Meeting, People Leadership Meeting, Global TR Meeting, Global People Townhall, etc.)
