Position: Tour Group Sales Manager
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Minimum of one year of work experience in the tourism industry, specifically in tourism retail or as a tour leader, or tour operator.
- Prior experience in retail sales is required.
- Public relations skills are essential for the role.
- Fluency in Mandarin is preferred, along with proficiency in English.
- Strong communication skills, approachable demeanor, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation and mindset.
- Must have a valid NZ work right.

Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with tour leaders, bus drivers, and tour operating companies.
- Handle all tour bookings and confirmations. Provide tour leaders with detailed product and promotion information to boost sales.
- Ensure every tour group has an exceptional shopping experience and actively striving to increase sales.
- Maintain a detailed database to track tour group sales leads, inquiries, lost business, and sales revenue. Provide regular status reports as needed.
- Oversee the recruitment, training and management of sales staff.
