Responsibilities:
MŌ TĒNEI TŪRANGA MAHI | ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is permanent, full-time (minimum of 37.5 hours per week).
Pay rate is NZD 58,900 - 60,900 depending on experience.
You don’t necessarily need any experience in teaching, we will provide you with comprehensive learning, and support teaching tools to become successful in your trainer role. In this role, you will be facilitating learning using existing curriculum and resources to deliver a great learner experience and support them achieve their qualification. You will play a key role in helping them progress along their career path as they graduate to becoming the next generation of Industry professionals!
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver learning objectives in a way that brings our curriculum alive for the student
- Mentoring students and tracking/monitoring of our student success
- Achieve graduate success outcomes
