Tower Security Supervisor & Assistant Site Manager
Guardteck is currently seeking a Tower Security Supervisor and Assistant Site Manager. These positions are vital to our operation, each playing a key role in maintaining security and overseeing day-to-day activities at our site.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 1 year of security experience, with preference given to candidates with experience in a mall-type or concierge-style environment.
• Familiarity with Access Control Systems are highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, central city environment.
• Proven ability to manage conflicts and prioritize tasks effectively.

TOWER SECURITY SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Starting wage of $21.00 - $23.00/hr
• Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with tenants of the Tower and various stakeholders from the Property Management team.
• Program Access Cards, submit Maintenance Work Orders, troubleshoot access-related issues, and generate reports from the Access Control system.
• Serve as a liaison between tenants, management, and security personnel, ensuring a seamless operation.
• Oversee security staff and coordinate shift schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Actively monitor and respond to security incidents, including but not limited to fire alarms and emergencies.

ASSISTANT SITE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Starting wage of $24.00 - $26.00/hr
• Manage evictions and address homeless individuals or vagrants loitering on site, maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Assist in the implementation of security protocols and procedures to enhance site safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Security Management Team.
• Flexibility to work on an “as needed” basis, including evenings and weekends.
