Description:

TEAM/DIVISION DESCRIPTION

The Value Chain Profit Management & Business Controlling team takes up the role of Strategic Business Partner towards all Value Chain departments by providing financial and controlling services that allow them to most efficiently manage their business and that support achieving the Mid Term Business Plan.

EDUCATION LEVEL & GENERAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Accounting, Finance or Business degree
  • Min. 2 years of experience in similar function in contractor and/or budget administration

Responsibilities:

  • Contractor Administration for managers in Value Chain (ca. 100 contractors/consultants)
    Contractors’ hiring and renewal support to managers
    Creation of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders
    Administration of the contractors’ start (computer, system access, badge, …)
    Monthly invoices approval based on signed time sheets

    Reporting of contractor’s administration

  • Purchase Orders for G&A and Sales Expenses

  • Monthly recharge invoices to our National Marketing & Sales Companies
  • Monthly VAT returns & Intrastat filing
  • Support the Business Controllers in the Team with other tasks
