Due to our rapid growth we have a requirement for a Trade Assistant, based in our Mackay branch who are willing to partake in field work. This is an integral role to the business. Day-to-day in the role, you will:

• Assist experienced tradesmen with fabrication and fitting out of specialised components;
• Complete all administration of job records accurately and efficiently;
• Ensure that work is carried out to the highest quality level;
• Ensure that customer service levels are of the highest standard; and
• Ensure continuous improvement to service levels and look for better ways to do things.
