Description:

Synaco Global Recruitment is actively seeking reliable and skilled Trade Assistants to join our client, a major bus manufacturer in Edinburgh. Positions available for dedicated individuals for roles in General Assembly, Panel, and Paint Shop. If you have a mechanical aptitude, a knack for precision, and thrive in a dynamic workshop environment, we encourage you to apply. We’re specifically seeking candidates who:

  • Are proficient with a variety of power tools, including hand tools and pneumatic devices.
  • Have a mechanical aptitude and can easily navigate through technical tasks.
  • Boast experience in fit-out, installation, assembly, or any related fields. Experience in automotive painting is highly regarded.
  • Have a commendable work history that highlights your reliability and skill set.
  • Can successfully complete a Drug & Alcohol Screen and Police Check.
  • Approach their work with energy and a positive attitude.

  • A competitive hourly rate of $32 for Day Shift, plus penalty rates (initially on a casual basis for 3 months).
  • A regular Day Shift schedule from 6:30 am to 2:36 pm on weekdays, with the possibility of overtime.
