Salary:
Up to £28,500 per annum (depending on experience) + Bonus

As a Trade Counter Supervisor based in Epsom, you’ll be responsible for:

• Serving customers on the trade counter and identifying their individual needs.
• Supervising a team of three within the branch.
• Dealing face to face with customers, building relationships and developing business within the branch.
• Assisting with incoming calls and emails with a proactive approach.
• Managing branch operations in the absence of the Branch Manager.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm plus Saturdays 8.00am - 12.00pm on a rota (paid as overtime or time in lieu)

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

• People management experience
• Sales or customer service experience
• Knowledge or experience in the plumbing and heating industry would be advantageous
• Confidence working in a fast paced environment
