To join our team, we are now seeking a proactive and autonomous Trade Development Specialist who brings fresh perspectives to our interactions with customers and drive continuous improvement across our trade development practices.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL

We are looking for a results-driven, structured, and dynamic personality, who has a keen interest in consumer behavior and preferably a good understanding of the Danish consumer market. You are committed to meeting deadlines, have a strong work ethic and you are capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. As the key in this role will be to coordinate input deriving from internal and external stakeholder, we furthermore expect that you hold strong coordination skills.

Besides this, we envision that:

  • You have experience from the Danish retail market
  • You preferably hold a Master’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
  • You possess an analytical mindset and affinity for data management
  • You are a strong communicator and are able to collaborate effectively
  • You hold strong presentation skills and have solid PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • You are fluent in both English and Danish

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Generating strategic and tactical trade recommendations and plans by analyzing market insights, retail sales data, promotions, prices, and consumer behavior patterns
  • Conducting analysis of trends to identify opportunities for trade development
  • Undertaking ad-hoc tasks such as forecasting promotion-driven sales uplifts, creating and delivering presentations and ensuring data integrity
  • Collaborating closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and refine trade strategies and manage significant trade-related project
