Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the Y&S team and global clients to project manage trade events across the Asia Pacific region
- Developing strategies to optimize lead generation through these events
- Overseeing the day-to-day planning of trade events, including the development of event concepts, themes, and marketing materials
- Managing the on-site execution of events, including setup, registration, coordination of activities, troubleshooting, and guiding junior team member
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and external stakeholders
- Evaluating event performance and providing recommendations for improvement based on attendee feedback and industry best practices
- Creating and delivering comprehensive reports to clients, detailing event outcomes and result
