Job Purpose and Impact
The Trade Execution Specialist will coordinate and execute moderately complex trade execution activities. In this role, you will ensure coordination of all required processes for movement of bulk grain and maintain consistent communication with internal and external customers to ensure accurate and timely statuses of operations. You will execute all the activities related to import and export processes, issuance of documents and completing transactions associated in a timely manner. Key Accountabilities
Ensure the review of operational metrics, maintain accurate controls and deliver according to the expectations of trade execution processes.
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
Execute contracts for different trade flows, supporting the strategy of the different product lines existing within the business group strategy.
Cultivate and develop relationships with large accounts, customers, clients, suppliers, and other business partners.
Analyze and reconcile inventory, warehouse transfers, loading orders, quality, claims, demurrage, and dispatch cases.
Work with external authorities to verify and comply with all customs requirements.
Ensure compliance with the home and foreign country government laws and customs regulations.
Prepare, review, approve and maintain files for import and export documents. Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Other minimum qualifications may apply.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Working knowledge of Bulk Industry, deep knowledge on Incoterms and Governing Rules.
Experience analyzing commodity contracts.
Experience managing and planning import and export processes, customs documentation, shipping, and receiving of foreign merchandise in a global matrixed company.
