Since Riviera Hardware Holdings inception in 2009, where we started out with a small local Mitre 10 store in Warkworth, we have grown to be the largest group of stores within the Mitre 10 national network. We are proud to offer our customers a shopping experience like no other in New Zealand’s largest hardware retail store; Mitre 10 MEGA Albany as well as New Lynn, Warkworth, Whangaparoa and Silverdale, boast Columbus Coffee shops. We also have a Distribution Centre and own our own Frame and Truss Manufacturing Plant.

This is a significant leadership role within our store, leading a team of over 25 team members across the trade floor (including the drive through), sales support, and administration. You will be responsible for ensuring financial targets are achieved, customer service excellence is forefront, and the team are engaged, motivated and performing at optimum levels. Inventory, stock, logistics and operational efficiencies also form part of the ask. You will work closely with the store leadership team to bring about overall efficiencies to the store offering.

You’ll be able to demonstrate managing and adding value to customer relationships and your referees will say that you apply sound commercial thinking to all that you do.
