Trade Marketing Assistant

The Trade Marketing Assistant will support the Trade Marketing Manager (TMM) across all Retail and Partner marketing activities. This role will be supporting the planning and execution of Brand & Trade Marketing activities across Retail and Key EU and US Wholesale Accounts for Sell in and Sell out, ensuring all brand activities are aligned with the wider Brand Strategy.

• Support the TMM with key requirements for Sell In including seasonal range book creation, marketing requirements for tradeshows, product photography etc.
• Support the TMM on the execution of the seasonal trade marketing plans for EU Key Wholesale Accounts, Independents & Retail
• Support with asset and marketing support requests from EU Independent Wholesale Accounts
• Brief in seasonal photography requirements for Key Wholesale Accounts and upload to their online portals, working closely with the commercial and photography teams
• Brief in digital and store seasonal refreshes for Key Wholesale Accounts, including the production of and POS roll out to Wholesale Accounts
• Brief the Global Retail POP & POS suite for Owned and partner retail stores
• Working closely with the Photography and Creative teams to manage asset bank, ensuring Distributers and retailers have access to the latest Marketing assets and that expired assets have been removed. Support Commercial team to set up new accounts and give access to imagery and assets
• Support with monthly/seasonal ROI decks
