Description:

SCOPE:

Develop and implement the trade marketing strategy by improving the channel purchase experience, leading our marketing team, and aligning efficient cooperation with all company areas.

  • Responsibilities:
  • With the Trade Marketing Manager, develop and refine the marketing strategy in alignment with the company’s overarching pillars and objectives.
  • With the Trade Marketing Manager, establish and monitor annual key objectives that support the company’s goals and pillars for the key account, training, field, and design team in the trade marketing area.
  • Craft and execute trade marketing strategies aimed at growing the expansion of the video game, mobile, and consumer electronics business categories.
  • Manage the marketing budget meticulously, ensuring alignment with the commercial calendar and optimizing resource allocation.
  • With the Trade Marketing Manager, oversee the trade marketing teams, encompassing in-channel product health, customer engagement across physical and online platforms, point-of-sale personnel management, design, training, reporting, and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Present to partners the full spectrum of our trade marketing services and executions, attracting them to join our network of distribution partners.
  • With the Trade Marketing Manager, continuously enhance processes and the organizational structure within the trade marketing team for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement routines to monitor and track progress towards channel key objectives.
  • Take ownership of inventory management, including sell-out analysis, obsolescence mitigation, and maintaining healthy inventory turnover.
  • Drive the launch of products, promotional campaigns, and new brand introductions through the physical and digital channels of our customers.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors and customers, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships and exceptional service delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 5 years + of experience in marketing/sales positions or similar fields related to retail
  • 3 years + of experience leading teams
  • 3 years + of experience managing budgets.
  • 3 years + of experience in comprehension of inventory management indicators
  • Advanced English
  • Strong leadership to influence and direct teams.
  • Strategic and creative thinking skills
  • Intermediate – advance level in excel.
  • Cloud storage collaborative work experience
