Whom are we looking for – Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or Management Information Systems
  • Knowledge in Database-Systemes (SQL) as well as CRM and Business Intelligent Solutions (Power BI)
  • 2-3 years of business background with some years of professional experience in an international company. In addition, thorough knowledge in Business Intelligence / Business Objects and profound IT Skills (CRM, Data Management, Dashboard solutions, report generation, etc.)
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Exce

Responsibilities:

The purpose of this position is to oversee the Trade Marketing Excellence solution and system management, with a focus on the CRM/Siebel. To serve as a strategic partner to our internal clients by transforming their requirements into effective solutions. This role is accountable for the upkeep and enhancement of the CRM system, with the objective of delivering pertinent and accurate sales data into the system and to support effective planning and reporting solutions that aid in sales and marketing planning, execution, KPI tracking, and decision-making. Additionally, it involves supporting various departments with KPIs, Business Reports, Dashboards, and Ad-Hoc Analysis. This position is tasked with identifying and executing improvements in business processes through local management of the Trade Marketing Excellence program. Furthermore, this role includes working closely with other key stakeholders that are responsible for the enhancement the Sales Data Warehouse, Trade Marketing Excellence programming and developments (IT solutions), and PBI (Power Business Intelligence) system platforms, dashboards, and integrated reporting capabilities. This is to ensure the provision of a robust and accurate sales data reporting tool to the market and the overall organization.

What will you do – Responsibilities:

  • Trade Marketing Excellence System Management: Responsible for Trade Marketing Excellence system reporting and accuracy, Main POC, and responsibility for the Siebel/CRM platform with Sales & Marketing. This includes continued engagement with local and global internal partners to support and current and future fit platforms to JTI Global Trade Marketing Excellence standards
  • Trade Marketing Excellence User capabilities: Be the main power user representative and manage the markets power users national/regional structure, which includes TTT, custodian engagement and formal planning to support continued consistency and execution of the platform
  • Data Management: Managing applicable trade sales data with the relevant IT/BI custodians to ensure completed on time and without error
  • Data and Reporting: Support of different departments with KPI business reports, dashboards and ad-hoc analysis. Assurance of the data quality in CRM/Siebel; loading and validating trade sales data and working closely with PBI stakeholders
  • Commercial Trade Planning: Joint development with cross-functional teams for JTI’s trade cycle planners and commercial KPI tracking through regular reporting
  • Siebel / TMEC Mobile App management: Providing advice and best practice on Siebel platform for stakeholders. Where required, updating Siebel module templates to fit (e.g. Contract templates and account lists). Submitting changes to Siebel where necessary to improve functionality within Siebel for S.A market
  • Digitalization: Trade Marketing Excellence Specialist and cross-functional digital teams to work in synergy and coherence with a 1 vision to support JTI’s One Data objectives
