Description:

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Support the Cycle Planning Manager with the delivery of outstanding shopper experiences for our Tob Max products in the UK & I across all identified retail channels.
  • Support the delivery of an omni channel shopper activation plan and deliver and organise attendance at relevant events and targeted outlets to maximize brand exposure and shopper touch points either via agency, or internally resourced for Tob Max products.
  • Full end to end management of our trade engagement platform ignite, including all e-commerce functionality, the trade partner program, trade communications and brand advocacy.
  • Support the Cycle Planning Manager with the development of annual strategy and plans to increase ignite engagement including usership on an annual basis, aligned to agreed KPIs for both e-commerce usage and ignite rewards registrations.
  • Responsible for management of ignite rewards program including weekly/monthly/quarterly program recommendations aligned to cycle focus. Setting targets by outlet by sku based on agreed volume. Cyclical reporting and uploading of reward allocations by customer. Resolution of any customer queries relating to the rewards program.
  • Development and implementation of regular customer communications regarding all aspects of ignite rewards with full management and administration of ignite e-commerce pages, ensuring portfolio and pricing (RRP & Trade Cost) always reflect actuals, including real time management of pricing events, news and brand articles.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Experience of successful delivery of omni-channel consumer activation via the trade and direct to shoppers with a proven track record of external customer management.
  • An understanding of the roles of different media across the marketing mix including digital marketing and ecommerce management, with proven experience of working with activation agencies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to create targets, understand performance and deliver insights taken from raw sales data.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills in a complex matrix organisation.
  • Able to demonstrate an entrepreneurial, growth mindset, with the ability to be proactive, confident and self-motivated and prepared to challenge conventional thinking.
  • Previous work experience in production of insight led presentations which drive business recommendations

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Market Manager Ireland, this is an important role within the Trade Marketing Team and critical to the overall success of Tob Max in the UK&I.
The Trade Marketing Executive will be supporting the implementation of a significant program of activation initiatives through all trade channels and directly to shoppers. The role is responsible for successfully co creating, planning and implementing a full suite of comprehensive Tob Max pack in hand executions, across various traditional retail channels, in both online and offline capacities.
The Trade Marketing Executive is also expected to contribute to the activation of outstanding shopper experiences, track spend and support in the delivery of KPIs which will contribute to the success of our brands.
