Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute the regional trade and e-trade plans for the Shiseido brand:

Aligning with all markets on the regional plan, liaising with suppliers and malls / retailers / distributors for permits and space bookings. Coordinate with the suppliers and EMEA team on the creativity of the animations, coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders to make sure the trade activations on time. For E-trade, the E-comm team will support ensuring the execution of the plan.

  • Coordinate with the commercial team and training team to guarantee the success of the activations setting the targets and monitoring proactively the results, identifying if needed action plans
  • Prepare and execute a trade plan for the Shiseido Free Standing Stores, including monthly traffic driving activities in collaboration and coordination with Majid Al Futtaim, our local partner for FSS, and other internal teams (PR, Commercial, Training etc)
  • Analyze trade animation performances in terms of ROI and sell out results
  • Manage the POSM (mainly testers/samples/GWPs) of the brand: forecasting the right POSM as per the budget ,ensuring its availability on time for all the markets and tracking its spending vs. the budget
  • A&P budget ownership on POSM, Selling contribution (trade rental related) and temporary VM (trade production) lines
  • Planogram execution (3 axis) in collaboration with the Visual Merch team
  • Ensure regional VM is implemented correctly by liaising with the VM team, distributors, commercial team and retailers
  • Prepare and share a monthly newsletter with all initiatives taking place in the following months and support marketing team with ppt presentation for retailers, internal meeting and international stake holders
  • Share available assets and guidelines with key stakeholders like retailers/distributors/suppliers for new product launches, social media visibility and trade activations to ensure consistency and guidelines respect of the brand image
  • Monitor and track competitors trade activities (offline / online) and share best practices internally
  • Coordinate office monthly orders across different marketing departments and update spreadsheets/inventories
  • Undertaking daily administrative tasks, including raising POs and update PO tracker, to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
