Our client is a global company that offers electronic products for home, office and industrial use. They are looking for a Trade Marketing Lead to join their growing team.

YOU:

  • The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of 4+ years experience within a trade/channel marketing role
  • You will have gained prior experience accelerating relationships with partners
  • A naturally inquisitive mindset, you will be solutions and results oriented with an ability to grasp the bigger picture and formulate a plan of attack
  • A positive attitude and a collaborative approach, together with the ability to challenge and be challenged, as this will set you up for success
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task is a must
  • Have experience managing stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, the main responsibilities include the following:

  • Liaise with local sales on how best to support growth and retention through channel/trade and customer lead generation campaigns in local markets
  • Build a strong relationship with partners, and create individual marketing plans with key partners, while ensuring all partners are informed, engaged and excited about product launches, brand and collaboration
  • Ensure Marketing material & campaigns are implemented and rolled out in the channel with the needed local adaption (translation, promotion, product focus etc)
  • Supporting the sales funnel with trade activities like: events, trade shows, POS collateral, seasonal promotions etc.
  • Ensure ROI on channel initiatives are continuously improved and evaluated, and solid reporting attained from partners on activities
  • Be the brand ambassador in the channel, ensuring material developed by partners is according to brand guidelines
  • Manage all dealer development request
  • Assist on graphic design activities as and when needed
  • Execution of local agreed marketing budgets for channel & trade
