Responsibilities:
In this role, you will work in an esteemed Dispute Resolution team. Collaborating closely with an industry leading Partner, your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive advice on Australian trade mark law and portfolio management for leading brands. This encompasses developing search and filing strategies, managing filings across various jurisdictions, handling trade mark prosecution, disputes, appeals, and negotiating related agreements.
