REQUIREMENTS

1. More than 3 years of experience in grain product procurement or trading, with independent procurement and trading operation experience and good insight into the market supply and demand dynamics of grain raw materials and finished products
2. Applicants with past work experience in large grain and feed processing and trading firms or at corporate headquarters will be given an advantage
3. Good communication skills and negotiation skills, strong market acumen and analytical skills
4. Highly numeracy with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term sustainable relationships
5. Proficient in Chinese reading and writing, liaise with Chinese stakeholders
   岗位: 交易员 (农业)
   职责：
   1.负责调查、分析和评估全球市场谷物，饲料原料，成品相关信息（玉米，小麦，ddgs，豆粕，葵花粕为主），确定物资采购时机，制定采购计划，报部门负责人批准后组织实施，确保各项采购任务的完成；
   2.负责采购产品的商务谈判和议价合同工作，随时了解市场动态，更新产品价格，组织议价工作；
   3.负责供应商开发、渠道拓展，组建战略合作体系，实施管理；
   4.建立供应商档案体系，主要原料产品建立《供应商备案表》，确定评估和再评估流程及体系，优化供应渠道，及时更新、稳定货源；
   5.负责饲料原料包括转基因在内的采购销售安全质量监控，完善供应商绩效考核体系，定期进行考核、评定，提高产品品质、提升供应商的合作意识，优化与创新；
   6.执行采购年度和季度月度预算，实施采购询价、议价、比价工作，根据采购过程中成本费用的实现，开展成本分析，落实改进措施；
   7.负责配合、协助相关部门完成上级交办的工作。
   任职要求：
6. 3年以上谷物产品采购或贸易经验，具备独立的采购和贸易操作经验，对谷物原料及产成品市场供需动态有良好洞察力。
7. 具备有总部部型食或饲料加工、贸易企业工作经验者优先。
8. 具备良好的沟通能力和谈判技巧，较强的市场敏锐度与分析能力。
9. 高度计算能力，具有出色的人际交往能力和建立长期可持续关系的能力。
10. 精通中文读写，与中国利益相关者保持联系

1. Responsible for investigating, analyzing and evaluating the information related to grains, feed raw materials and finished products in the global market (mainly corn, wheat, ddgs, soybean meal and sunflower meal), determining the timing of material procurement, formulating procurement plans, and organizing and implementing them after approval by the department head, ensure the completion of various procurement tasks;
2. Responsible for business negotiations and contract bargaining for purchased products, keeping abreast of market trends, updating product prices, and organizing bargaining work;
3. Responsible for supplier development, channel expansion, establishment of strategic cooperation system, and implementation management;
4. Establish a supplier file system, establish a “Supplier Registration Form” for major raw material products, determine the evaluation and re-evaluation process and system, optimize supply channels, and timely update and stabilize supply;
5. Responsible for monitoring the safety and quality of the procurement and sales of feed raw materials, including genetically modified ones, improving the supplier performance appraisal system, conducting regular assessments and evaluations, improving product quality, enhancing suppliers’ awareness of cooperation, optimization and innovation;
6. Execute annual and quarterly monthly budgets for procurement, implement procurement inquiry, negotiation and price comparison, conduct cost analysis and implement improvement measures based on the realization of costs and expenses during the procurement process;
7. Responsible for cooperating and assisting relevant departments to complete tasks assigned by superiors.
