- Strong ability to engage and communicate effectively with trade customers
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing targets

- Understanding of automotive parts and associated products
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive sales approach
- Genuine passion for customer service
- ‘Sales Maker’ not an order taker!
- Commutable distance to MB of Brooklands
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Automotive parts experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize enquiries and orders
- Ability to prioritize online and phone orders
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Good working knowledge of computers and MS Office/Excel
- Ability to read and interpret customer spend data
- Commitment to achieving excellent sales results
- Legal right to work in the UK
Responsibilities:
- Mon - Fri 0800-1800 (45hrs) (1 hour unpaid lunch)
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Mercedes-Benz parts and accessories
- Prospect new business (including lapsed/drift accounts)
- Achieve monthly targets and KPIs
- Maintain comprehensive product, system and software knowledge
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers to ensure repeat business
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, aligning with customer requirements
