WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Experience in sales, preferably in the Automotive Parts industry

  • Understanding of automotive parts and associated products
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive sales approach

  • Commutable distance to MB of Brooklands

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Automotive parts experience preferred
  • Ability to prioritize enquiries and orders
  • Ability to prioritize online and phone orders
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Good working knowledge of computers and MS Office/Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret customer spend data
  • Commitment to achieving excellent sales results
  • Legal right to work in the UK

Responsibilities:

  • Mon - Fri 0800-1800 (45hrs) (1 hour unpaid lunch)
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Mercedes-Benz parts and accessories
  • Prospect new business (including lapsed/drift accounts)
  • Achieve monthly targets and KPIs
  • Maintain comprehensive product, system and software knowledge
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers to ensure repeat business
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, aligning with customer requirements
