Description:
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience of developing strong client bases and relationships in a luxury furniture/interior environment.
- Proven track record in sales growth that show a clear, positive impact on actual sales.
- Experience in use of data analysis tools to monitor, analyse and forecast and improve sales performance
- Proven track record in working collaboratively across departments to problem solve to ensure excellent levels of customer service are maintained.
- Experience in the sales of large projects with a value in excess of £50k.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your role is to support the business to deliver the budget as determined in the Business Sales Strategy. You will directly manage an agreed number of trade accounts both established and new to ensure achievement of your individual sales target.
Supported by the Sales Manager, and through consistent use of the sales management tools you will develop a systematic approach to:
- Maximising project value with existing clients
- Improve customer engagement to increase sales revenue
- Optimise conversion rates.
