Job Title: Financial Assistant (6 Month Contract to Hire)
We are working with a dynamic and growing investment firm located in downtown San Francisco, specializing in various aspects of financial services. Our firm prides itself on delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients.
We are seeking a talented and proactive Financial Assistant to join our team on a 6-month contract basis with the potential for a permanent role thereafter. The ideal candidate will have exposure to M& A, trades, financial planning, and custodian accounts, and will play a pivotal role in supporting various financial operations within the firm.
Location: Financial District in San Francisco
Term: 3-6 months contract to hire
Schedule: Mon-Thurs (in office), Friday (remote) *must be flexible for hours due to trading activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Proven experience in financial services, preferably in investment firms or similar environments.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Demonstrated ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
