Due to strong ongoing Trade growth, we now have an exciting and newly created opportunity available to join our Albany, Auckland based Support Centre as a Trade Strategic Pricing Manager.
This role will see you lead a specialised pricing team, whilst partnering with Trade team members including our store network to improve operational efficiencies, accelerate profitable Trade and market share growth, while also assisting in driving improved customer experiences. Some of the key pillars to succeeding in this role will be providing strategic pricing insights, reporting/performance metrics, operational input and leadership around business tool utilisation and creation.

CORE CAPABILITIES YOU WILL NEED:

• Significant pricing management experience obtainined in a large, fast paced environment
• High level of analytical literacy and understanding
• Strong leadership, influencing skills and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional proficiency in using tools such as Excel for analysing and interpreting complex data sets
• Ability to apply statistical methods to extract meaningful insights and make data driven recommendations
• Skill in creating clear and effective visual representations of data using tools like Power BI or similar.
• Previous SAP pricing experience would be beneficial.
