THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Solid background in trade strategy, sales or a strategic role with a proven track record of crafting compelling trade strategies.
  • Previous experience within the FMCG industry.
  • Insight driven with a strong understanding of trade channels and consumer behaviour.
  • Excellent ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset and ability to adapt to market shifts.
  • Effective communicator and influencer, adept at stakeholder engagement and negotiation.
  • Excellent financial acumen.
  • Proficient in using Syndicated Data (e.g., Nielsen / IRI) and tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant category management software.

  • Develop and execute a Channel and 4Ps strategy for your brands identifying KPIs and activation plans by store format.
  • Work with brand team to develop and execute consumer and trade marketing plans for your brands.
  • Co-own with brand team the S&OP process for your brand with particular focus on the customer/channel part, including tracking of 4Ps by store format, outlook for next 12 months and gap filling initiatives
  • Effectively communicate to the sales team to ensure Go-To-Market excellence
  • Support the Sales team in creating customer presentations and meeting customer requirements
  • Identify key shopper insights and leverage them into Brand Pla
