Description:
Responsibilities:
- Leading two teams responsible for trading performance; acquisition, retention and In-life for iD mobile across all channels.
- Driving the engagement and enablement of the team to deliver budget, growth KPIs, optimisation of trading levers and P&L performance.
- Delivering the retention strategy for customer base to maximise customer lifetime value.
- Developing customer segmentation & investment strategy by segment
- Developing & adapting propositions to drive retention growth, churn minimisation and margin
- The development of buying relationships and manufacturer partnerships to deliver margin (incremental to group).
- Budgeting and short-term forecasting for trading.
- Ensuring the team culture and ways of working is setup for success and development of the team.
