SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Responsibilities:

Traffic Coordinators, it’s your call time.
We’re looking for a Traffic Coordinator with ideally at least 12 months’ experience to join The Brand Agency team in Melbourne.
In this role you will manage the tools and resources required to traffic workflow through the creative department. You will uphold and safeguard all processes and ensure work is produced of the highest possible standard within the parameters of budget/time, and assist the Producers with all aspects of production.

Tasks:

  • Be the central point of contact for new briefs and job status to effectively coordinate the traffic of work in and out of the department
  • Ensure allocation of work to Creatives and Producers considers resource availability and skill and ensure they have a balanced workflow
  • Be the supporter of the Creative Process (briefing, reviews and approvals) to manage expectations within teams and ensure a high integrity to agency and client
  • Ensure all problems are raised and resolved as quickly as possible to maintain workflow and avoid bottlenecks
  • Forge strong relationships with Studio, Production and Account Service to encourage trust and reliance and instil a calm attitude
  • Be responsible for creative booking and scheduling via Agency tools
  • Create and maintain project status reports, estimates, purchase orders, and schedules
  • Be present on shoots and manage small production projects when required
