The Opportunity:
As the Traffic Management Divisional Manager within the Canterbury region, you will be responsible for successfully leading our traffic management operations and ensuring all work is delivered to our customers safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standard. Traffic Management is a major growth area in our business, you will contribute to the successful implementation of our industry leading business plan.

In addition to the above you will:

  • Develop strategic annual business plans that align with Fulton Hogans group and regional strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure divisional staff are provided with leadership and guidance to maximise the performance of the departments and their crews.

This is a permanent full-time role with a minimum of 40 hours per week. The salary ranges from $120,000 to $150,000 depending on experience. This role is based in Christchurch and the wider Canterbury region.

  • Senior management experience with strong asset management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with a strong focus on people, safety and quality.
  • Significant experience in effective stakeholder management and business development.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, standards and procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and enhancing profit streams.
  • Reliable and self-driven to ensure continued success in your role.
