Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in project management or traffic coordination within a bustling creative agency or marketing environment, demonstrating the ability to not just survive but thrive under pressure.
  • Exceptional organizational prowess and an unmatched attention to detail, capable of juggling multiple high-stakes projects without breaking a sweat.
  • Stellar communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration and unity among diverse teams and personalities.
  • Proficiency in cutting-edge project management tools (Asana, Trello, Basecamp, etc.), with a knack for leveraging technology to enhance workflow and efficiency.
  • A background in design and branding is a plus, offering a deeper understanding of the creative processes that fuel the agency.
  • A resilient and adaptable nature, with a proven track record of navigating high-pressure, deadline-driven environments with grace and effectiveness

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

  • Be the maestro of project timelines, harmonizing the talents of account managers, designers, copywriters, and other creatives to produce symphonies, not noise.
  • Craft, maintain, and adjust project schedules with the precision of a seasoned conductor, ensuring every section of the agency plays in perfect time.
  • Navigate the flow of work with the agility of a skilled captain, steering projects through every department with a keen eye on progress and potential icebergs.
  • Stay vigilant and proactive, ready to tackle unforeseen challenges head-on and keep the project ship sailing smoothly.

Resource Allocation:

  • Master the art of resource chess, positioning the team members strategically based on their unique skills, availability, and project demands.
  • Work closely with department maestros to ensure resources are not just allocated but optimized, ensuring efficiency and harmony within the team.
  • Manage the network of freelancers and external virtuosos, ensuring their contributions are not just timely but of the highest quality, fitting seamlessly into the masterpiece.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Be the heartbeat of project communication, ensuring information flows seamlessly, keeping everyone from the creators to the strategists in perfect harmony.
  • Facilitate collaboration with the grace of a diplomat, ensuring alignment on visions, goals, and deadlines, and keeping the team’s spirits high and focused.
  • Convene the creative councils, leading status meetings that aren’t just updates but strategic sessions to navigate challenges, celebrate successes, and plan the next victories.

Process Improvement:
