About the role
We are looking for a talented Train Driver to join our Rail team in Crawley.
* Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience, enabling them to develop the skills and knowledge needed to contribute effectively to our projects, as well as personal development and growth within Balfour Beatty *
What you’ll be doing
The successful candidate will drive and operate specialist plant safely, ensuring professionalism and compliance in all job responsibilities.

Who we are looking for

• Have a good awareness of railway health and safety requirements.
• Able to carry out minor maintenance and repairs.
• Hold a current UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Hold a train driving licence (desirable).
• Flexibility to work around a roster that includes night, weekends, bank holidays and respond to short notice changes of plan.
• Successful completion of psychometric testing will be required.
• Reside within a reasonable commuting distance to the site.
