Responsibilities:

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

2,100 colleagues from 46 countries, including 800 engineers, shape in Hennigsdorf (close to Berlin) the future of rail mobility. The locally developed, manufactured, and maintained product range includes high-speed, regional, and local trains, subways, as well as trams and light rail vehicles. Our product line Rolling Stock & Components offers products from the broadest portfolio in the rail industry. Our innovation focus is on green and smart solutions, including emission-free propulsion systems such as batteries and hydrogen. You’ll report to Team Leader Train Validation Engineering and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

  • Experience in team and project management: multi-metiers or multi-sites team and project, including Customer and external stakeholders Technical Management
  • Train system knowledge (system analysis, railways)
  • Tests organization capability, knowledge of planning tools
  • Knowledge of Standards & Regulation for railway
  • Knowledge of Work Package Management
  • Fluent in English (German/French beneficial
