We are looking for a dynamic Trainee Accountant to join our supportive team. This role is ideal for a college graduate or school leaver with strong numeracy and IT skills. Whether you’ve bypassed university for immediate employment or are eager to earn while you learn, this could be your path to a professional qualification. The selected candidate will work towards their professional qualifications while gaining hands-on experience in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

As a Trainee Accountant, you will:

  • Engage directly with clients, ensuring top-notch service and building lasting relationships.
  • Receive bespoke one-to-one mentoring to sharpen your technical skills in finance and accounting.
  • Manage diverse tasks such as cloud accounting, financial accounts preparation, audit processes, tax compliance, and preparation of tax returns.
  • Contribute to tax research, planning, and the development of innovative solutions.
