Description:
We have 2 exciting new opportunities for Trainee Building Surveyor (Degree Apprenticeship Programme) within our Facilities Maintenance and Compliance Team. The role will assist the Building Surveying team to manage various client side functions covering the full range of Professional Building Surveying duties, to include the overseeing of architectural/ building standards for the University Estate including space standards, component and materials standardisation and fire safety. To assist in the development of individual conservation plans for listed buildings, the 10 year long maintenance plan and to provide all professional Building Surveying advice as requested.
