What you’ll be doing
- Filing, scanning, typing, faxing and emailing
- Use a variety of Microsoft Packages (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint) to compose and update documents
- Deal with communications, over the telephone, written and face to face from other stakeholders in the business and external customers
- Organise and service meetings which involve taking and preparing minutes and undertaking any follow up actions
- Provide general administration support to line manager and wider team
- Working with clients to understand their unique reporting requirements
- Assist in the creation and distribution of management information reports
