Our Production team is looking for its missing piece! If you have recently graduated from university, we welcome you to apply for our Trainee Program, as Continuous Improvement Trainee. The role is based in Ovar, Portugal.

What you will do

  • Apply previously acquired knowledge (or acquired during the program).
  • Participate in continuous improvement actions (SMED, VSM, SOP, OPL, 5’s, TPM, etc.).
  • Participate in process improvement, analyzing and developing working instructions.
  • Interact with internal clients (other departments).
  • Contribute with new ideas and tools that can help develop the business.
  • Use SAP ERP system (when applicable).

Who you are

  • You have recently graduated in Engineering.
  • You have good collaboration and communication skills.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You love developing and solving challenges in a pragmatic way.
  • Knowledge of MSO and other IT tools is considered an asset.
  • Experience or participation in continuous improvement initiatives would be an asset.
