Job Introduction As our Trainee Credit Controller you will be working closely with the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and Senior Credit Controller to offer support to the wider team in order to maximise cash collections through the effective application of the Company’s credit policy.

• Building strong relationships with internal and external customers
• Taking ownership of allocated ledger of customers and chase for overdue payments in line with process/workflow with the aim of reducing aged debt profile
• Processing credit card payments
• Preparing bad debt paperwork as directed
• Under guidance, complete credit checks on new and existing customers
• Work towards successful results in line with KPI’s set by AR Supervisor
• Ad-hoc office duties such as opening and distributing incoming post
