Description:

DEINE ROLLE

As a Trainee Digital Marketing (Content2Commerce/ Project Management), you will learn to manage and implement tactics to make the partnership between brands and publishers successful. You will help develop and support C2C campaigns in different content environments and across multiple digital solutions and technologies.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will be part of the V-Team Content to Commerce (C2C) Global, reporting to the C2C Success Director, and you will be responsible for (in multiple markets):

  • Comply with the C2C Success Plan by respecting prios and main assignments
  • Work closely with the Sales Team Accounts & execute Clients’ C2C campaign based on Sales Team key indicators. Your role starts once deal has been signed
  • Ensure processes in place: activate Operation Team and check execution
  • Collaborate with different Team (tech, operations, product managements and graphics) to provide updated solutions for C2C
  • Monitor changes in campaign performances and provide insights for campaign optimization
  • Leverage internal analytics tools and excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, etc.) to stay organized
  • Provide support in other areas of the Tradedoubler Performance Marketing including Affiliatio

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor degree in Marketing or relevant field and/or experience in Digital Publishers & Commercial will be a benefit.
  • A consistent focus on detail, be data-savvy, and have a process-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with Social Media and Influencers
  • The ability to learn quickly with an “everything is possible” attitude
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to details
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Good command of Excel and Office 365 product
  • Very good communication skills
  • Very good coordination and project management skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skill
