General Management Program (GMP) is a comprehensive educational program aimed at providing fundamental knowledge and skills in management necessary for effective performance in various managerial positions (SRM, PM, PC, GM,CA).
The program can be beneficial not only for beginners but also for those who already have experience in management and wish to systematize their knowledge and acquire new tools to enhance their effectiveness in the IT industry.

Requirements

  • Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and above.
  • Desire to immerse oneself in a new field and study a large amount of new information.
  • Great soft-skills, logical thinking and “sparkling eyes”.

Desired skills

  • Management experience, knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Technical skills (understanding of software development tools and OOP principles, software testing course).
  • The 2nd foreign language (German) will be of maximum advantage.

There are 2 stages of training: theoretical and practice-oriented. GMP includes reading professional literature, taking courses, attending lectures, solving case studies, participating in group sessions and negotiation duels. Another important part of the learning process is exchanging experience with colleagues and establishing professional contacts.
