Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Trainee HR Advisor you will be providing generalist HR support to Attivo, supporting the HR Manager in the efficient and effective delivery of HR processes in line with company policies and employment law. The role will primarily focus on administration and ensuring data accuracy within the HR system.
You will be a first point of contact for enquiries within the HR inbox and and be an escalation point for the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Administrative support on a broad range of HR processes, including but not limited to onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and conducting regular data audits.
- Support the HR Manager with employee relations cases, ensuring adherence to employment law and internal policies and procedures.
- Management of the HR inbox, prioritising responses and escalating to the HR Manager where required.
- Support with coordinating training sessions and maintaining training and qualification records.
- Manage and administer the regulatory referencing process for new joiners and internal movers.
- Support the HR Manager with monthly KPI reporting and ad hoc reporting where required by the HR team and business.
- Participate in HR projects as assigned, providing research, analysis, and administrative support as required.
