What we are looking for:

  • Computer literacy MS Office applications in particular
  • The confidence to take on tasks and work through these on your own.
  • Confident communication skills in particular telephone skills
  • A ‘Can Do Attitude’.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR department and HR manager directly.
  • Organising travel and accommodation when required.
  • Updating HR databases including personal records, new hire data and previous staff member data.
  • Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Completing HR Expense Claim Forms and submitting to payroll for processing.
  • Raising Purchase Orders as required.
