What we are looking for:

- Computer literacy MS Office applications in particular
- The confidence to take on tasks and work through these on your own.
- Confident communication skills in particular telephone skills
- A ‘Can Do Attitude’.
Responsibilities:
- Support the HR department and HR manager directly.
- Organising travel and accommodation when required.
- Updating HR databases including personal records, new hire data and previous staff member data.
- Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Completing HR Expense Claim Forms and submitting to payroll for processing.
- Raising Purchase Orders as required.
