Responsibilities:

  • Support of the major customers entrusted to you, both in day-to-day business and in the joint further development of the collaboration over communication with the customer in the event of disruptions in cooperation with the internal IT incident team
  • Customer projects through to implementation customer-specific logs (action and issue log) as well as preparing and conducting regular appointments (virtual and on-site) with your customers
  • Your customers’ willingness to recommend others by providing exceptional services and strategies and improve processes to avoid disruptions in collaboration with IT
  • In rotating on-call duty
