Description:
Ready to advance your career and become an integral part of our nursing and care workforce transformation? Join our Apprenticeship program, designed to guide you towards a Nursing Associate qualification registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
This 18 to 23-month journey will see you employed by the Trust while enrolled in the apprenticeship program through one of our esteemed partner universities. As a Trainee Nursing Associate, you’ll commit to a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week. A portion of these hours will be dedicated to structured learning with our university partners, while the remainder will be spent gaining hands-on experience in the workplace.

Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to undertake placements external to the Trust, broadening your experience and skill set.
Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll be eligible to apply for a substantive Band 4 Nursing Associate role, paving the way for a rewarding career in healthcare.
