The focus of the Trainee Operation Supervisor role after a period of training is to manage a team of technicians, provide regular feedback to team members, oversee daily business management, create succession plans, demonstrate strong leadership, foster a positive work ethos, and maintain a culture based on credo and behavioural standards.
